Homecoming week is here! Victory is sweet and it's time to celebrate. There will be a pep rally on Monday, 9/16 at 2:30. Crowning of this year's King & Queen will be Thursday, 9/19 after the football game. The dance for students 7-12 will be Friday night from 7-11pm with a $5 entry charge.

JH volleyball at 4:00p at Lawrence-Nelson (Lawrence), JV/V volleyball at Silver Lake starting at 6:00p, and the V football team hosts SEM at 7:00p, with Cross Country parent's night at 6:45p during football warmups.

Student Council is selling Spirit Sacks for Homecoming! Each Spirit Sack includes: pom pom, temporary tattoo and a spirit stick. The cost is $5 per sack. Orders are due on Monday, September 16. Order forms are being sent home with elementary students today.
Instead of doing sport specific yard signs, this year we will be doing a "Proud Home of a Shelton Bulldog" sign. If you are interested in a sign, order forms are in the office. Payment can be dropped off in a manilla envelope also in the office. Cost is $15 per sign. Deadline is Thursday by 3:00pm.

The volleyball girls head to Red Cloud for a quad! See the attached image for the schedule. Games will run consecutively with a 16-minute warmup for the first two matches, and 11-minute warmup for the remaining matches. All matches best 2 out of 3 sets. JV will be played at the community center.
