District Speech last week was a huge success for the Bulldogs! Skyler - 3rd place in Extemporaneous Speaking & 4th place in Persuasive Speaking MaKayla - 4th place in Program of Oral Interpretation & 5th place in Poetry Justine - 6th place in Extemporaneous Speaking & 6th place in Informative Kiersten - Excellent Rating in Informative Kiersten & Emily - Excellent Rating in Duet Acting. Skyler will be representing Shelton High School this Friday at the NSAA State Speech Meet in Kearney in Extemporaneous Speaking! Welcome back from break! The Bulldogs get back to work right away this week. Tomorrow the high school track team heads to the Doane indoor meet to kickoff their season. Meet starts at 10:00am this year.

Due to cancellation the JH track team will no longer be traveling to GICC for their JH track meet on Tuesday, April 18th. Instead we will be traveling to Franklin for their JH meet on that same day. #GoBigBlue #WeAreShelton

The Shelton High School Speech team capped off the regular season by competing at the District D1-4 competition in Franklin on Wednesday, March 8. Congratulations to Skyler Summers for qualifying for the State Competition in Extemporaneous Speaking to be held at Kearney High School on Friday, March 17!
