Good luck to the Shelton Golf Team as they compete at the TVC Meet at Hastings Elk Lodge, hosted by Silver Lake! Play well, stay focused, and represent the Bulldogs with pride. Go Bulldogs! ⛳🐾

The Junior High Track teams had busy week with TVC on Saturday and the Shelton Invite on Tuesday. Our leader of the week is Emily Jovel Martinez. Emily is a hard worker, honest, and always respectful! She encourages teammates and pushes herself to be her best at practices and meets. (Picture 1) Our Female Athlete of the week is Quynn Andrews. Quynn had two great meets in a row and set new TVC meet records in the 800 and 1600. (Picture 1) Steele McKinley is our male athlete of the week. Steele won 7 of his 8 events across the two track meets. He scored 78 team points in the two track meets combined. (Picture 1) The Boys team walked away from the Shelton Junior Invite as Champions! (Picture 2) The girls team tied for 3rd place! Both teams accomplished their team goal. The Junior high athletes earned so many medalists at the Shelton invite! We were once again very proud of the students performances and behavior. The kids represented Shelton in the best way. (Picture 3) We had many new personal records set at the Shelton invite! K-3: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM (12 Activities)

4-6: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM (T&F Meet)

🎶 Reminder: Tomorrow Night is Our Elementary Spring Concert! 🎶

🕕 Doors will open at 6:15 PM.

🎺 5th and 6th grade band students should report directly to the band room upon arrival.

🏫 All other grade levels should report to their classrooms before the concert begins.

🎵 At the conclusion of the concert:

🎒 Kindergarten students must be picked up from their classroom.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Students in 1st through 6th grade will be dismissed from the stage in ascending grade-level order to their parents.

Shelton Public Schools will close the weight room and gyms on Friday, May 8 through Sunday, May 10 due to graduation.

The Junior High Track team had an excellent day at the TVC track meet on Saturday! Quynn Andrews won the 800 and 1600 meter races and set new TVC meet records in both events!(Picture 1) The Boys team finished as TVC runner-up! The Shelton Golf Team had an incredible day at the Overton Invite! ⛳️ So many personal records set, our lowest team score - which earned us 3rd place overall, and TWO first-place finishes — Jaxson Ohlman in Varsity and Zane Johnson in JV! 🥇 Proud is an understatement. Way to represent - Go Dawgs! 💙

The Junior High Track and Field team persevered through a tough week! Our Leader of the week is Lucas Westberg! Lucas is the leader of our thrower group and helps out many athletes on our team!(Not pictured) Our Female Athlete of the week is Alison Nutter! Alison set personal records in the Long Jump and the 200! She stepped up and filled in for a teammate in the 4x100 as well. (Picture 1) Our Male Athlete of the Week is Knox Johnson! Knox has worked hard at High Jump and has helped out many of our jumpers this year. Knox set a new personal record in the high jump and placed 5th at Wilcox! (Picture 1) We had many medalists at the Wilcox-Hildreth meet on Tuesday! The athletes braved the cold and wet conditions to compete!
